Management Development Program

About the Program
Established in 1993, the Management Development Program (MDP) is an 18-month rotational leadership development program for recent MBA graduates designed to cultivate your leadership skills and provide you with the opportunity to become one of our valued leaders.

About the Job
As an Associate Director in the program, you will begin learning the scope of our diverse products and services by working within our Corporate Global Strategy department in our New York headquarters.

Subsequent rotations will be hosted by our business segments:

  • Financial Services (Standard & Poor's)
  • Education (McGraw-Hill Education)
  • Information & Media (BusinessWeek, Platts, J.D. Power and Associates, McGraw-Hill Construction, Aviation Week, our TV broadcasting stations, and others)

Post-MDP Program Opportunities
Upon completion of your rotations, you will join one of our business segments in a leadership capacity, based upon your career interests, performance, and development during your rotations.
