100 Hispanic Women is a non-profit, non-partisan women's organization with members from a wide range of industries and interests. An organization of dynamic and accomplished leaders, 100 Hispanic Women strives to eliminate obstacles and encourage Latinas to be innovative, maximize their potential, create strategic partnerships, promote inclusion in government and corporate America, and improve the status of Hispanics.

The McGraw-Hill Companies is proud to sponsor the organization's Young Latina Leadership Institute through numerous internship opportunities. Increasingly, internships are seen as a way for the younger set of aspiring professionals to gain a leg up; indeed, sometimes they are viewed as a prerequisite to employment. Through extensive mentoring, we give young Latinas the opportunity to gain experience in the business world.
