Leadership

The McGraw-Hill Board of Directors comprises an outstanding group of thirteen individuals from a variety of backgrounds, all committed to advancing the company’s core mission. Business expertise, loyalty, independence, and a commitment to honesty and transparency—these are the core values espoused by our distinguished Board of Directors.

Two of our twelve directors are women; two are people of color. All are among the most respected names in their respective fields.

Ten of our twelve directors are considered independent by standards of the New York Stock Exchange. Harold McGraw III and Robert McGraw are the only two directors not considered independent. Linda Koch Lorimer, Vice President and Secretary at Yale University, is the Presiding Director.
