Employee Roundtables, Other Programs

Our approach to diversity and inclusion starts with our senior management team. Each year, chief executive officer Harold McGraw III holds forums with employees from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to gauge their views on our employee and business strategies. The Corporation reports annually on its diversity progress to The McGraw-Hill Companies' senior management team and Board of Directors.

The Employees Roundtables empower colleagues to share their insights about work experience and provide feedback regarding business unit operations from common perspectives. The visibility of senior management promotes an open and more engaged culture.

A few of our past roundtables include:

  • Employee Resource Group Members (APEX, BEAM, GLBT, HHN, LEAD, WINS)
  • Working Mothers
  • Employees with Flexible Work Arrangements
