Management Development Program

Overview

Established in 1993, the Management Development Program (MDP) is an 18-month rotational leadership development program for recent MBA graduates designed to cultivate your leadership skills and provide you with the opportunity to become one of our valued leaders.

Rotational Development

As an Associate Director in the program, you will begin learning the scope of our diverse products and services by working in one of our New York offices.

Rotations will be hosted by our business segments:

  • Standard & Poor's
  • McGraw-Hill Financial (Enterprise Solutions, Integrated Desktop Solutions (Capital IQ), Research & Analytics, S&P Indices)
  • Information & Media (Platts, J.D. Power and Associates, McGraw-Hill Construction, Aviation Week)

Post-Rotational Opportunities

At any point in your rotations, you can be invited to join one of our business segments in a leadership capacity, based upon your career interests, performance, and development during your rotations. Upon joining one of our segments, we will continue to invest in your development as a leader and provide additional opportunities for you to build your skill sets.
