You will be contacted if you are selected for 1st round on-campus interviewing.
Back To TopWhat are you looking for in a candidate?
We are looking for highly skilled MBA's with at least 4 years of demonstrated business experience who will bring a fresh perspective and make significant contributions to our businesses and the communities we serve. The ability and willingness to travel (and potentially relocate) domestically and internationally both during and following the rotational program is required. Foreign language capabilities are a plus.
Back To TopWhat is the selection/interview process?
Our selection process is a three-tiered process. After an initial on-campus interview, second round candidates will be selected for 2nd round executive interviews, where they will have an opportunity to interview with some of our most senior leaders from a variety of our businesses. Candidates who progress to the final round of interviews will be invited to meet with our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Harold (Terry) McGraw III, our Executive Vice President of Human Resources, our Executive Vice President of Global Strategy, and our Vice President of Management and Organizational Development. Following the final round interviews, candidates are then chosen and notified of an offer.
