What could a potential rotation be as an MDP?

Our program is not skill-specific: you will work to define your role with us, whether it is in marketing, product development, finance, business development, etc. Our businesses are global, and your rotations may involve international projects and destinations. Rotations are structured based on a mix of business needs, your abilities, your career interests, and experiences. A rotation could be revitalizing and launching a product, analyzing and providing recommendations to a business in the midst of transformation, or exploring the opportunities for a business to establish itself in an emerging marketplace.

Where will the rotations be located?

The first rotation will be based in our headquarters in New York. The subsequent two rotations could take place in one of our over 200 global offices. While many rotations will be based in New York, a good deal of the rotations will have international exposure and may provide the opportunity to travel abroad.
